And I want to do whatever I can to spread knowledge and understanding to those who have a mood disorder and those who want to learn about mental illness or want to understand a friend or colleague better.

Mental illness is a hard topic. And I will undoubtedly irritate someone. I really hope that if you don’t find my post good, or think it’s wrong, that you would contact me or leave a comment so I can think about your views. Doesn’t mean I’ll change my content necessarily, but at least I can see someone else’s point of view. And who knows, I might write a post in response or about your comment. Please do your best to leave calm and considered messages/comments. I have no intention of making anyone angry, but I mess up from time to time and I don’t always see it. I would say just remember that I am fallible and am not writing maliciously, from those axioms a considered message/comment will be quite in order.
